SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI – All That Matters, southern Rhode Island’s award-winning yoga and holistic health center, has announced the opening of two new locations in Providence and East Greenwich. All That Matters Providence (PVD) opened its doors on Aug. 3, and All That Matters East Greenwich (EG) will welcome students starting on Aug. 15. The two new yoga studios—formally Eyes of the World Yoga Center and Focus Yoga—will offer daily yoga classes, meditation, yoga teacher trainings, and holistic health workshops.
“After 20 years building All That Matters into a vibrant hub for health and well-being in South Kingstown, we’re joyously embarking on our first expansion to help educate, inspire, and support the residents of Providence and East Greenwich,” said Joan Dwyer, co-founder and owner of All That Matters. “I have always had great respect for Katherine, the creator of Focus Yoga, and Tom, the creator of Eyes of the World. Both have enhanced thousands of lives and built amazing communities. We’re honored to have the opportunity to expand upon their work and delighted they will continue to teach yoga and uplift lives as part of All That Matters.”
With classes starting the week of Aug. 3, All That Matters PVD can be found at 1 Park Row in the heart of downtown Providence, near Brown University and RISD campuses. Opening later this month, All That Matters EG is located just off historic Main Street at 63 Cedar Ave. Both studios feature beautiful hardwood floors, convenient changing areas and embody the practice of yoga itself with an open, light-filled and soothing environment. Each studio will have a variety of yoga classes for all levels, seven days a week, taught by experienced, certified instructors who have studied with leaders in the art and science of yoga.
“This is an extremely exciting transition for us! We’ve long appreciated the vibrant community Joan and her team have established,” commented Tom Gillette, senior yoga teacher and founder of Eyes of the World Yoga Center. “We’re confident that All That Matters will carry on the studio’s founding vision and look forward to growing and serving the community as All That Matters.”
In addition to daily yoga classes, All That Matters PVD and All That Matters EG will host yoga teacher trainings and workshops including All That Matters’ signature 40 Day (R)evolution program, an immersion into 40 days of yoga practice, healthy eating and meditation. All That Matters offers a $30 Explorer Pass for first time students to enjoy three weeks of unlimited yoga. Additionally, All That Matters’ $89 membership—including unlimited yoga, member-only discounts, free consultation with a health coach and guest passes—is available for just $79 a month, when purchased during the first two weeks that each studio is open. Passes and memberships allow students to practice at all three locations.
“Becoming an All That Matters studio introduces our students to a new set of remarkable teachers and inspired wellness programs,” said Katherine Conte, yoga teacher and founder of Focus Yoga. “It’s with great enthusiasm that we entrust All That Matters to take this studio to new heights.”
