SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI – On Saturday, Oct. 24, All That Matters Rhode Island’s award-winning yoga and holistic health center with locations in Providence, East Greenwich and South Kingstown—is hosting a Meditation Mob. Taking place simultaneously at all three All That Matters locations, the Meditation Mob is a group meditation bringing together three communities and hundreds of change makers to hold one intention—peace. Studies indicate that when groups come together to meditate the intention created is able to affect the collective consciousness of others on a personal, local, national and global level.
“Let’s come together to hold one powerful intention. An intention of both inner peace and world peace. We at All That Matters often say ‘inner peace leads to world peace and that is all that matters,’” said Joan Dwyer, owner and founder of All That Matters. “Let’s join in community and meditate. It can be that easy!”
At each All That Matters yoga studio, a guided meditation will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., followed by an open house from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. During the open houses, participants are invited to meet All That Matters staff, tour the spaces and enjoy chai and cookies. All are welcome to join this free event, and no meditation experience is necessary. To sign-up, please click here.
All That Matters’ yoga studios are located at 1 Park Row in Providence, 63 Cedar Ave in East Greenwich, and 315 Main Street in South Kingstown.
