What is your proudest fitness accomplishment?: Finding a program that I enjoyed and maintained for over a year which completely changed my overall physical health.



Best local eats: RI Clam Chowder aka plain (no tomatoes or cream),

What’s on your nightstand?: Clock radio, water, Color Nook

Favorite cheat meal/snack: I believe in making healthy decisions therefore there I don’t have cheat meals or snacks. I feel that I would be setting myself up for failure by restricting myself from certain foods and snacks and it’s negative.  I want to make positive changes without feeling deprived.  I haven’t changed what I eat or how I cook.  I change quantity.  For instance, I use a smaller plate and only take half of what I would have taken before and salad to every meal (except breakfast. I usually add 8oz veggie juice with tabasco). If it’s candy (Hot Tamales and Mini Chewy Sweetarts being my personal krytonite), I might choose eating 5 instead of the whole box or a snack size Snickers instead of the whole bag. I’ll chew a piece of gum, if I’m feeling especially weak willed. For a snack, I’ll choose 1/2 and apple with some peanut butter over a bag of chips.  For me, it’s choosing a healthier options or a healthier amount.



What do you like to do in your down time?: Make doll clothing for my business, personal genealogy research, read.

Best thing about living in RI:The best thing about living in RI is that it’s small. Since my immediate family members live in RI, there’s no travelling involved to visit them. RI also has the best beaches, lots of history in the cities, and we can’t forget coffee milk, Del’s lemonade, RI chowder, quahogs, Italian food and rich history.
